Progressive jackpot prizes are credited automatically to the User's wallet immediately after the draw is confirmed. Withdrawals follow the same general rules above, with no additional documentation required beyond what was already submitted during KYC. There is no fee charged by the 1010com on Pix withdrawals. Any fees charged by the User's bank are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Placing very low-value bets or bets on near-certain outcomes to meet a bonus rollover requirement may be considered abuse and result in the cancellation of the bonus without prior notice.
The 1010com reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its discretion, with no obligation to provide a reason. Bets accepted by the system are considered binding on both parties, except in the cancellation cases set out in these Terms.
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the competition's organizing body. For Brazilian football, official sources include the CBF, CONMEBOL, and equivalent bodies for each sport. If a result has not been officially confirmed, the 1010com may temporarily suspend bet settlement.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot or game is available in the game information section within the platform. RTP values are calculated over a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome in a given session. The progressive jackpots at 1010com operate with an automatic contribution of a percentage of each valid bet placed on slots connected to the network.
