Current Version

This Privacy Policy describes how 1010com collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in full compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). By using our platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this document.

01

Data Controller

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018), the controller of your personal data is 1010com, operator of the sports betting and online casino platform accessible at https://1010com.best and via mobile apps for Android and iOS.

The controller is the entity that makes decisions about the processing of personal data — that is, it determines why data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and who can access it. In practice, this means that the 1010com is the legal entity responsible for processing your information and the sole point of contact for exercising your rights as a data subject.

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by the LGPD. To contact the DPO, please refer to Section 14 of this Policy.

02

Privacy Questions at 1010com

The most frequently asked questions about how we handle the data of Brazilian bettors.

No. 1010com does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, marketing companies, advertising agencies, or any third party not directly involved in providing the platform's services. Data sharing is limited to essential service providers (payment processors, KYC vendors, cloud infrastructure) under data protection agreements, and to public authorities when required by law.

To stop receiving promotional emails, click the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any 1010com email, or go to your account settings on the platform and adjust your communication preferences. The change takes effect immediately. You will continue to receive essential account emails (Pix deposit confirmations, withdrawals, security alerts, bet updates), which are required for the service to function.

After account closure, 1010com retains your data for as long as required under Brazilian law – primarily financial records for 5 years (in accordance with tax obligations and the Anti-Money Laundering Law) and access logs for 6 months (Marco Civil da Internet). Data not subject to legal retention requirements is deleted or anonymized. You may contact the DPO to request details about which specific data is retained after closure.

No. 1010com uses tokenization for credit and debit card data. This means your full card number is never stored on the platform's servers. Only a token (an encrypted identifier) provided by the payment processor is retained. This token cannot be reversed to recover the actual card number and is useless outside the context of the specific payment processor.

1010com uses only the approximate location derived from your IP address, solely to verify that access is being made from within Brazil, as required by regulation. We do not collect precise GPS location or monitor your physical movements. IP-based location is non-sensitive data, highly imprecise at the address level, and is processed automatically without human intervention.

To exercise your right of access under the LGPD, send an email to privacidade@1010com.best with the subject line "Data Access Request – LGPD", your full name, and the CPF registered on your account. We may request additional identity verification to confirm the request comes from the account holder. Once confirmed, we will deliver your data in a readable format (PDF or CSV) within 72 business hours, at no cost to you.
